Really? I mean, are you allowed to just put a bumper sticker on your car, saying you don't do perfectly legal things that you SHOULD be doing?Could I put a bumper sticker on my car that says I don't do something that would definitely annoy people if they found out I did that and it affected their driving?
Does that make it okay?
